Ingredients :

Salt & pepper to taste

12 brown or white button mushrooms, approximately 350 g
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
35 cl of liquid whole cream
15 cl of chicken broth or water
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of Butter
3 tablespoons of Parmesan powder and shavings
Salt and pepper to taste
