Cherry Marble Cake

Ingredients

200 g soft butter
150 g sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of zest from an untreated lemon
3 eggs
350 g flour
50 g cornstarch
approx. 120 ml milk

20 g cocoa powder
2 cl rum
350 g morello cherries from a jar
Icing sugar for dusting
preparation

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Beat the butter until creamy and sprinkle in the sugar.
