Cherry cake with pudding

Ingredients

For the dough:
250 g spelt flour
125g butter​
70 g sugar

1 piece of egg
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp breadcrumbs

For covering:
500 ml milk
1 packet of vanilla pudding
2 tablespoons sugar

1 jar of sour cherries
60g butter​
80 g sugar
5 tbsp cream
100 g almond flakes

Instructions

To make the dough, quickly knead the flour, butter, sugar, egg, a pinch of salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar together. This creates a shortcrust pastry.
