Cherry cake with crumbles from the tray

Ingredients

For the dough:
125 g soft butter
110 g sugar
3 pieces 3 (size M)

180 g spelt flour
90 g cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tsp grated lime peel and juice
1 pinch of salt
80 ml milk

For the topping and crumbles:
1 large jar of sour cherries
150 g spelt flour
60 g sugar
80 g melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat
Line a square baking pan (24 x 24 cm) with baking paper
