Cheesy Green Onion Flatbread (No Yeast, No Oven)

Ingredients:

95 ml water
1.5 g (0.25 tsp) salt
150 g (1 cup) flour
30 g green onion, chopped

A pinch of baking soda
50 g cheese, grated
1/4 cup flour (for dusting)

1/4 cup corn starch
20 g salted butter
Oil for frying

Directions:

Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the water and salt. Stir until the salt is dissolved.
Add the flour, chopped green onion, and a pinch of baking soda to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
