Ingredients:

4 eggs
Salt to taste
100 milliliters milk (3.38 fl oz)
1 blue onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced

450 grams ground beef (15.87 oz)
20 milliliters soy sauce (0.67 fl oz)
100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded (3.52 oz)
Ground black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and milk. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
