CHEESECAKE WITH CONDENSED MILK

Topping:
10 dkg of milk chocolate
10 dkg butter 82%
1 tablespoon of cocoa
2 tablespoons of sugar
26 cm cake tin

How to make cheesecake with condensed milk?

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, place a vessel with hot water at the bottom of the oven
separate the yolks from the whites
in a bowl, mix cheese, egg yolks, condensed milk, vanilla extract and puddings. You can use a mixer for this. Mix briefly, just until the ingredients are combined

in another bowl, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff
gently, using a spatula, mix the cheese mass with the egg white foam
Line the cake tin with paper, put out the biscuits (if you want a biscuit base) and gently pour the cheese mixture
Place the cake in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes

once the cake is baked, leave it in the oven to cool completely
when the cake cools down, make the icing: melt the butter and chocolate in a pot with 3 tablespoons of water, add cocoa (preferably sifted) and sugar. Stir until the ingredients are completely dissolved. Don’t cook. Pour the icing over the cake.
