Cheesecake with cherries and sprinkles

Beat the two remaining egg whites until stiff and fold into the quark mixture.
Spread the mixture on the cherries and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175°C/fan oven: 150°C) for about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining streusel on top and continue baking at the same temperature for about 55 minutes. Let the cake cool in the tin (preferably overnight).
Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar.
