CHEESECAKE IN A GLASS READY IN 10 MINUTES

PREPARATION:

About 20 glasses.
Grate the biscuits, melt the butter and mix everything. When it crumbles, add a little milk.
For the cream, mix the cream with the sugar and lemon sugar, then add the yogurt. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions and add it to the cream.
For the fruit dressing, sprinkle frozen fruit with sugar, add a little water, about 1-2 dl, and bring to a boil. If mixed with a hand mixer, chop a little. If necessary, mix the ingredients for the cake with a little water, add the fruit and simmer briefly.
In each cup, put 1 tablespoon of biscuits, then smooth the bottom with a narrow glass, add 2-3 tablespoons of cream and wait for the cooled fruit sauce to pour over the cream to cool it.
If you are making another cream, cook the fruit with sugar and a little water and then blend it halfway with a hand blender. Then add the thickener with a little water and cook with the fruit like a pudding… until it cools. When the time comes, cover with cream.
