Cheese snow cake with sour cream

Preparation 

Working time approx. 30 minutes

Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour

Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Knead butter, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder into a dough, press into a 26 cm springform pan, pulling up one edge.

Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour it onto the dough. Bake for approx. 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat 3 egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff, put the meringue on the cake and bake for another 15 minutes
