Cheese snow cake with sour cream

Ingredients 

For the dough :

65 g Butter

75 g sugar

1 Owner(s)

200 g flour

½ Pck. Backpulver

For the filling:

1 cup sour cream, 200 g

500 g low-fat curd cheese

1 pkt. vanilla pudding powder, for cooking

150 g sugar

3 egg yolks

1 pack of vanilla sugar

¼ litre milk (whole milk)

1 EL Öl

For the meringue topping:

3 eggs, of which the egg white

3 tablespoons sugar
