Cheese mini rolls: the recipe to make them light and tasty

Ingredients :

300g flour

180 g whole milk (slightly warm)

100 g cream cheese

15g Evo oil

10 g fresh brewer’s yeast

8g salt

4g sugar

Preparation :

1. Pour milk into a bowl and melt yeast and sugar in it.

2. Then add flour, cheese, oil and salt.

3. Make a log of the dough and cover it with plastic wrap.

4. Let rest for 2 to 3 hours.
