Cheese cream cake with tangerines

Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve over low heat. (Follow the package instructions!) First mix with 2-3 tablespoons of the quark mixture, then stir into the remaining quark. First fold in the cream, then the tangerines. Spread the curd cream evenly onto the bottom base. Place the second layer on top. Chill for at least 6 hours.
Before serving, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
