Carrot chocolate cake: the recipe for the soft and delicious version

Step 1
Clean the carrots, peel them with a vegetable peeler and grate them through a grater with large holes1.

Collect eggs, granulated sugar, milk and vegetable oil in a container2.

Advice
If you wish, you can cover the cake with a dark icing or, as in the case of Anglo-Saxon carrot cake, with a cheese icing made by mixing Philadelphia cream cheese with powdered sugar and fresh cream using an electric whisk.
The carrot chocolate cake can be stored at room temperature under a cake container for a maximum of 2-3 days .
