Cannoli Pancarrè: too good not to try them!

INGREDIENTS:

Pan bauletto
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
3 black olives
basil
pasta filata
oregano
parmesan
olive oil

1 egg beaten
with breadcrumbs

PREPARATION:

Lay out a slice of crustless bread and fill it diagonally with tomato sauce, black olives, oregano, cheese and basil. Join opposite sides to form a cannoli. Dip each cannoli first in the beaten egg seasoned with salt and pepper, then in the breadcrumbs. Bake at 190° for 15 minutes. Here are your savory cannoli ready!
