Cake with pudding and pear without baking

5. Dissolve the pear jelly in 400 ml of hot water and set aside until it thickens slightly. Peel the pear and cut into cubes. Add to the cooled jelly, mix and pour everything onto the cake.

6. Place the cake in the fridge until it hardens completely.

7. Add powdered sugar to 250 ml of whipping cream, mix with the cream fix and beat until fluffy. Pour the cream onto the jelly. Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate (white + dark).

8. Place the cake back in the fridge to chill.
