I recently tried this semolina and strawberry cake at work and a colleague made it and immediately shared the recipe. At first I thought it was a butter cookie. I decided to try this recipe and I was really surprised because it exceeded my expectations.
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for semolina:
1 liter of milk
200 g of semolina
140 g of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa
140 g of chocolate
CREAM:
2 vanilla puddings
2 vanilla sugars
500 ml milk
110 g sugar
400 ml whipping cream
500 g fresh strawberries

whipped cream as desired
