Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180℃ (356℉) and line a 24x24cm baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat.
Gently fold in the flour, ground hazelnuts, and baking powder until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Make the Cream:
In a saucepan, whisk together the eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar, and cornstarch. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Stir in the butter, chocolate, cocoa powder, roasted and chopped hazelnuts, and vanilla sugar until smooth and well combined.
Prepare the Topping:
Whip the cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the cream cheese until the mixture is smooth.
Assemble the Cake:
Spread the chocolate cream evenly over the cooled cake.
Top with the cream cheese mixture, creating a smooth layer.
Refrigerate:
Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
This cake is not just a treat; it’s an experience. The combination of fluffy cake, rich chocolate cream, and the smooth topping makes it the best cake you’ve ever eaten. Enjoy your meal and the smiles it brings to your family’s faces!
