Cabbage Roll Skillet (Easy Keto Ground Beef Dinner Recipe)

Stir in the cabbage, diced tomatoes and all seasoning to the pan with the ground beef. Cover with a lid and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do a taste test and season with additional salt or seasoning, if needed.

Sprinkle the cheese over top and cover again until the cheese is melted.

If you don’t have Tony Chachere’s, you’re missing out. I use this seasoning for just about everything including avocado toast, scrambled eggs, pasta, and more. But if you don’t have it on hand, no worries! Just be sure to replace it with some salt and other seasonings of your choice.
Time Saving Tip: You can buy pre-diced onion and bell pepper in the produce section of most grocery stores.

How To Make Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls

The main ingredients for this low carb meal are just ground beef, cabbage, diced tomatoes, seasoning, and shredded cheese. You really can customize from there! I prefer sautéed bell pepper and onion, but you could add any other veggies you happen to have on hand.

You’ll simply start by browning the ground beef along with the chopped peppers and onions in a large pan over medium heat.

Next, stir the chopped cabbage, canned tomatoes and seasoning in with your beef; toss everything together really well. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

Do a taste test to see if you need more seasoning, and then sprinkle the cheese over top. Cover the pan with your lid for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt before you grab a fork to dig in.
