Buns filled with Nutella – Simple recipe, worth a try – Fluffy and delicious buns

preparation:

Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the milk, oil and water. Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl and let it rise until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Working with one ball at a time, cover the rest. Roll out each ball into a circle 5-6 cm in diameter. Fill each circle with 1 tablespoon of Nutella or chocolate cubes. Close the dough well and form a ball. Place the buns on the tray lined with baking paper.

Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Brush with egg and sprinkle flaked almonds on top, then put the pan in the preheated oven at 175 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, until the buns are golden. Allow to cool before serving.
