Required ingredients:

Dough:

-500 g of flour (white wheat, soft (smooth))
-7 g of dry yeast
-100 g of sugar
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-250 g of roasted or boiled pumpkin puree
-1 egg
-80 g of melted butter
– if necessary room temperature yogurt (depending on the humidity of the pumpkin)

Filling: strawberry jam, plum, rosehip, apricot, chocolate and hazelnut spread…

Making of:

Add salt to the sifted flour around the perimeter, and dry yeast, sugar and other ingredients in the middle and knead the dough.
