Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for serving
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Slice chicken breasts into thin strips for faster cooking. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink and fully cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas according to package instructions to make them pliable. Lay out each tortilla and distribute the buffalo chicken evenly among them. Top with shredded lettuce, diced celery, carrots, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  4. Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly to enclose the fillings. If desired, cut in half for easier serving.
  5. Serve: Serve the wraps immediately with extra buffalo sauce and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
