Bohemian fasting cake

PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients for the top and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

Boil the ingredients for the syrup and pour over the baked and cooled cake.
Mix the frosting ingredients and frost the cake.
Melt the chocolate with the hot cream and mix until smooth. Add the rum essence and refrigerate. After cooling, mix again and fold in the whipped cream.
Glaze the pieces of cake, add the chocolate cream using a piping bag, decorate with whipped cream also using a piping bag and finally dust with cocoa.
