  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Crust

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Filling
  • 3 packages cream cheese (24 oz or 750g total), room temperature
  • 2 cups sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (300g)
