Blueberry cheese brioche rolls: fluffy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

For dough:
370 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
180 ml (3/4 cup) milk
12 g dry yeast

12 g (1/2 tbsp) honey
2 egg yolks
6 g (1 tsp) salt
60 g (1/4 cup) butter

For the filling:
260 g (1 1/4 cups) cream cheese
60 g (1/4 cup) sugar
20 g (2 3/4 tbsp) cornstarch
Lemon zest)
