For the floors:
225g butter
250 g sugar
3 eggs size M
240 g flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
350 g Greek yoghurt
60 ml milk
150 g blueberries
For the buttercream:
6 egg whites
340 g sugar
400 g soft butter
3 tablespoons blueberry jam
fat-soluble violet food coloring
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees (fan oven 150 degrees).
Line 3 round 20 cm springform pans with baking paper.
