BINGO KOCKE – a delicious cake with jam, biscuits, cookies and pudding ready in 20 minutes…

Preparation

Crust:
Beat egg yolks with sugar.
Gradually add liquid (oil) and dry ingredients (mixture of cocoa, flour and baking powder).
At the end, stir in heavy cream until you get a smooth mixture.
Place the crust in a mold lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for half an hour.
Custard cream:
Cook the pudding in a liter of milk according to the instructions on the bag.
Beat margarine and sugar separately.
Gradually add whipped margarine and sugar to the cooled pudding until you get a foamy cream.
Divide the cream into two parts, add the melted cooking chocolate to one part.
Plasma cream:
Add the grated Plasma to the orange juice and let it absorb completely.
Then add the crushed margarine and powdered sugar, and mix everything well.
Assembling the cake:
Apply Plasma butter cream to the baked crust.
Spread over half of the yellow pudding.
Place Jaffa cookies soaked in orange juice on top (turned so that the chocolate part is facing down).
Place the chocolate (pudding) filling on the Jaffa cookies.
Then put the biscuits soaked in orange.
Put the remaining yellow filling on it.
Cover everything with chocolate melted with a little sweet cream.
Finishing:
Leave the cake to cool and press.
Serve and enjoy!
