Bicolor Easter

Bicolor Easter is a festive reinterpretation of the traditional Easter dessert, featuring two filling combinations: one of sweet cheese and one of cocoa, both embedded in a soft dough. INGREDIENTS

125 g soft butter
2 packets of bourbon vanilla sugar
250 g of sugar
5 eggs
1 kg of cottage cheese
10 ml of vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt
25 ml cold milk
25 g of cocoa
40 g additional butter for baking
100 g of melted chocolate
50 g of almond flakes
