BASIC MEASUREMENT FOR CHEESE BREADS: SOFT AS A SPONGE

INGREDIENTS:

– 3 eggs
– 200 ml yogurt
– 100 g butter
– 200 g crumbled cheese
– 200 g corn flour
– 100 g white flour
– 1 baking powder
– 100 ml sour water
– a little salt

PREPARATION:

Beat the eggs, then add cheese and yogurt.
Mix the mixture well, then grate the butter into it, then add the flour and baking powder.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little sour water.
Place everything in a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
