Barbecue Chicken Pizza with Bacon and Corn

Dough:

• ▢1/2 C water, heated to 115°F
• ▢1/2 tsp active dry yeast
• ▢1/4 tsp granulated sugar
• ▢1 1/4 C all purpose flour
• ▢3/4 tsp salt
• ▢1-2 Tbsp olive oil, if needed

Toppings:

• ▢1/2 C barbecue sauce, homemade or store bought
• ▢1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
• ▢3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
• ▢1/4 C red onion, chopped
• ▢1/4 C fresh corn
• ▢2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
• ▢1 C whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
• ▢Ground black pepper
• ▢Cilantro
