Banana Pudding Crunch Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the cheesecake:
200 g Kekse (z. B. Butterkekse or Graham Cracker)
100 g melted butter
600 g cream cheese

200 g sugar
3 Owner
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 ml sour cream or Greek yoghurt

For the banana pudding:
2 ripe bananas, pureed
400 ml milk
100 g sugar

3 tablespoons corn flour
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the crunch:
100 g chopped nuts or biscuit crumbs
