Banana Oat Muffins – Delicious and healthy, simple and quick – A healthy snack at any time of the day

preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs, milk, honey and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients well.
In another bowl, add the oats, baking powder, salt and mix well.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.
Place muffin papers in muffin pan (optional) and spray muffin papers with cooking oil.
Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tins and add the chocolate chips on top.

Bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes, until they turn golden. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
These muffins are delicious and nutritious, perfect for a healthy snack at any time of the day.
