BANANA CAKE

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla. Beat. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 180 °C. Carefully cut the top of the cake with a knife, stepping back a few centimeters from the edges.

Mix all the ingredients for the vanilla sauce. Allow to thicken over low heat. Once the cream has thickened, turn off the heat, add butter and vanillin. Allow the cream to cool.

Cook the whipped cream in a bowl, mix a glass of milk with a bag of whipped cream. Mix with vanilla sauce. Grind the chocolate.
