Baklava

Required ingredients:

-500 g crust for pies and baklava
-600 g walnuts (400 g ground + 200 g
chopped)
-3 spoons of sugar
-250 g butter

Agda:
-600 g of sugar
-2 bags Dr. Oetker Vanilla sugar
– 600 ml of water
– 2-3 spoons of rose water
– 1 lemon cut into rings

Making of:

First prepare the agda… Pour water into a suitable pan and add sugar and vanillin sugar. Heat at a higher temperature until it boils, then reduce the temperature to a gentle boil and cook for another 15 minutes. Add lemon slices five minutes before the end. Remove from the stove and leave to cool. Add the cooled rose water.
