Arabia cake

Preparation

1.

Chop the dried fruit, grind the walnuts and roughly chop 50 g. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.

Beat egg whites with a few grains of salt, then add sugar and beat with a mixer to get a stiff mixture. Mix the flour, ground biscuits and baking powder and add to the snow, mix with a spatula, not a mixer.

Shake out the ground nuts and dried fruit and mix everything well.

Spread the resulting mass on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes, i.e. until the crust is golden brown. The dimensions of the tray are 40 x 36.

Leave the baked biscuit to cool completely.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Beat the egg yolk and egg well with sugar until they turn white and then steam them, stirring constantly. When we see that the mixture is cooked, remove it from the steam and mix in the cooking chocolate that we cut into small pieces so that it melts earlier. Leave the egg and chocolate filling to cool and only then add the softened butter. Make sure that the butter and the filling are at the same temperature. We do this with a mixer.

Cut the crust into three parts and fillet. Spread the cake all around and leave it in the fridge to set well.

When the cake is cooled, decorate it with sweet cream and chocolate glaze or as you like.

For the chocolate glaze, melt the butter and chocolate in steam, mix well and let it cool a little, then pour it over the cake.

From this amount of ingredients, we get a very solid cake with dimensions of 13 cm x 33 cm and a height of 7 cm.
