Apple pie with honey and lime recipe

Ingredients

3 apples Elstar, Jona Gold or Boskop
• 50 ml apple juice
• 1 tbsp lime juice

• 125g butter
• 100g sugar
• 70 g honey
• 1 organic lime – grated peel

• 3 eggs size M
• 250 g flour
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 80 ml milk
Baking utensils: 1 loaf pan capacity 1 l

Instructions

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Grease the baking pan.
