4 TBSP butter, melted
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple pie spice mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup toffee baking chips
2 TBSP butter
2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped (I use Braeburn)
splash of lemon juice
2 TBSP brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
