Apple eggnog cake, simple and very tasty!

Tip: I always grease the pan, spread desiccated coconut to prevent it from sticking and for flavor and before I pour in the dough, I put some slivered almonds on the bottom – it tastes great!

Now bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. After about half the time, cover the cake with baking paper so that it doesn’t get too dark on top. Allow to cool on a rack for 10 minutes and then remove from the mold. Finally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
