Ingredients
For the shortcrust pastry
200 g flour
100g butter
1 egg ( size M)
80 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
For the filling
650 g curd
3 eggs ( size M)
90 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
200g mascarpone
1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder for cooking
120 ml milk
Grated organic lemon peel
3 pieces of apples Boskop, Elstar
For the crumbles
90 g flour
40 g sugar
60 g cold butter
Instructions
Make shortcrust pastry:
In a mixing bowl with a dough hook, mix the flour, butter, egg, sugar and a pinch of salt until you have a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
