Apple cake with vanilla cinnamon cream recipe

Ingredients

For the ground:
160 g flour type 405
50 g sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg size S
80g butter​

For covering
2-3 apples Boskop , Elstar
350 ml apple juice
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
80 g sugar

300 ml cream
1 packet of cream stabilizer
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon-sugar mix

Instructions

Grease a round springform pan (20 cm), dust with flour and place in the refrigerator.

For the ground:
Knead the flour, sugar, baking powder, egg and butter until smooth.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
