ANYTHING & EVERYTHING MUESLI SLICE

Preheat oven to 170ºC and line a 20 x 15cm brownie tin.

Place the butter and honey in a large heat-proof bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Add the remaining ingredients apart form the chocolate chunks and mix until well combined. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes before adding the chocolate chunks. (So they don’t melt through the muesli).

Press firmly into lined brownie tin and bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until golden brown. Place the tin of muesli slice in the refrigerator and let firm up for 2 hours before cutting.
