An old recipe for a homemade treat: Make your family happy with KADAIF!

Ingredients

– 1 bag of velvet noodles
– 200 g of butter
– 5 tablespoons of oil
– 400 – 500 g of walnuts
For agda
– 1 kg of sugar
– 3 slices of lemon
– water

Preparation

Put the butter and oil in a pot and heat it on a hot stove until the butter melts and keep it on the hot stove. Grind the walnuts coarsely.
Prepare a pan, a little deeper. Pour half of the kadaif into the pan and spread it evenly so that it doesn’t break too much. Now pour about one-third of the hot butter over the kadaif with a spoon and spread the nuts evenly.
