PREPARATION

Sheets:
Mix the butter, honey and sugar and microwave for 5 minutes until the butter melts.
We mix and gradually add the other ingredients until we form a dough that we leave in the cold for at least 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and bake on the bottom of the pan.

Cream:
We mix milk with sugar and semolina and boil until it thickens. Remove from heat and add vanilla essence and grated lemon peel. Let it cool and mix with the butter at room temperature.
Fill the first sheet with half the amount of cream, then put one sheet, the apricot jam, another sheet and the rest of the cream.

Leave to cool overnight, dust with vanilla powdered sugar and portion into the desired shape.
