Carefully sift corn flour, gusnel and baking powder and add to the risen egg mixture. Pour half of the mixture into a 34×22 pan lined with baking paper, heat the roll to 180 degrees and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

During this time, prepare the filling. Clean and grate the apples and drain them with your hands. Heat the milk until it boils, then add sugar, ground poppy seeds and a little margarine.

When the lower part has browned a little, take it out of the oven and put the grated apples and poppy seed mixture on it.

Pour the rest of the mixture on the poppy and put it back in the oven for another half hour at 180 degrees, it depends on your oven.

If the mixture thickens a little, you can pour a little milk into it.
