Heidelbeer-Mascarpone Dessert

Ingredients 

200 g blueberries
40g sugar
1 splash of lemon juice
50ml water

 

200 g Mascarpone
300 g natural yogurt
Powdered sugar, if desired
30 g Biscuit(s), (Schokokekse)
whipped cream (cream)

preparation

Bring the blueberries to the boil with sugar, lemon and water and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring often; the berries should be mushy (musty-like),
let cool down
Mix the mascarpone with the yoghurt until smooth, sweeten with powdered sugar if desired, crumble the biscuits coarsely and stir in, divide into dessert glasses.
