Small sesame curls, taste particularly good for children!!

Ingredients:

250 g butter
140 g yoghurt, firm, 3.5%
75 g oil
10 g spice(s) (Mahlep, ground sour cherries)
10 g salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 egg(s), size L
500 g flour, approx.
300 g sesame, approx.

Preparation:

1. Simply separate the egg and set the egg white aside, you will need this later.
2. Then knead the egg yolk with the remaining ingredients, except the sesame, into a smooth dough. If the dough is sticky, gradually add a little more flour until you get a smooth dough.
3. Now preheat the oven to 170°C (top and bottom heat).
4. Next, take approx. 15g of dough per ringlet from the dough. Using your hands, turn the dough into rolls of approx. 10-11 cm. Form these into curls.
