No-bake cake: Quick and delicious with fruit

Ingredients

The substrate
– 250 g of biscuits
– 150 g of butter
Cream
– 500 g of mascarpone cheese
– 500 ml of whipping cream
– 250 g of miller
– 170 g of powdered sugar
– 1 bag of gelatin
Dressing
– 500 g of fruit of your choice (cherries, wild berries)
– 100 ml of water
– 4 tablespoons of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of thickeners

Preparation

Grind the biscuit and mix it with melted butter and press it into the mould. Dissolve the gelatin with 4 tablespoons of water and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Mix mascarpone with sugar and millerama.
Dissolve the gelatin in a pan, then mix it into the whipped cream, then beat it with the cheese mixture. Pour over the biscuit base and leave in the fridge to set.
