SNICKERS CAKE: A REAL PLEASURE FOR THE TALES

Ingredients:

– 5 egg whites
– 15 spoons of sugar
– 300 g of roasted, ground peanuts
– 3 spoons of flour
– 1 bag of baking powder

Phil:

– 5 egg yolks
– 10 spoons of sugar
– 1 liter of milk
– 4 vanilla puddings
– 2-3 spoons of powdered sugar
– 100 g of milk chocolate
– 5 snickers chocolate bars
– 250 g of butter

Preparation:

Beat 5 egg whites into a stiff foam, add one spoonful of sugar at a time while constantly beating. Turn off the mixer and carefully mix in the ground peanuts, flour and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into a 20×30 cm pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Check with a toothpick whether the dough is baked.
