Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
100g sugar
2 vanilla beans
4 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 liter of milk
150 g grated chocolate
Preparation:
Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Mix the starch and 200 ml milk until smooth and stir into the egg yolk and sugar mixture with the vanilla pulp.
