RED RIDING HOOD WITH BISCUITS: One of those cakes that disappear in an instant

Ingredients:

– 1 liter of milk
– 3 Dolcela vanilla puddings
– 12 tablespoons of sugar
– 0.5 ml of whipping cream
– 2 kremfix
– 1 jar of cherry compote
– 2 bags of red dressing
– Petit Burreau biscuits

Preparation

Preparation of the cream:

Separate about 2 dcl from a liter of milk and mix the puddings and 12 tablespoons of sugar so that there are no lumps, pour the mixture into the rest of the milk and cook until it boils, that is, until the pudding becomes thick. Leave the cream to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, make the whipped cream with two kremfix and slowly add it to the cooled pudding cream, mix until the mixture becomes uniform.

In a 40 x 25 cm pan, arrange a row of biscuits, add half of the cream, then arrange the second row of biscuits and the rest of the cream. Arrange the cherries on top of the cake.
